Who We Are

Pro Max Restoration LLC is a Maryland limited liability company based at 370 Daycotah Ave in Hagerstown. We provide emergency restoration services for property damaged by water, fire, smoke and mold — along with the demolition and reconstruction work that follows.

We serve homeowners, renters, landlords, property managers and business owners across Washington, Frederick, Montgomery, Howard and Prince George's counties, in both English and Spanish.

What We Do

Property damage restoration covers more ground than most people expect. It starts with emergency response — extracting water, securing an open building, containing an affected area — and continues through structural drying, cleaning, removing what cannot be saved, and rebuilding what was lost.

We handle all of those phases: water damage restoration, fire and smoke restoration, mold remediation, demolition, reconstruction, emergency board-up and carpet and structural drying. Keeping the whole process with one company means the crew that took the damaged material out is the crew that puts the space back together.

Calling early is not just about convenience. Published guidance from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency recommends drying wet building materials within 24 to 48 hours, because mold can begin growing on damp materials in that window. The first day matters more than any other.

Hablamos español. In a property emergency, people are making fast decisions about their home or business — what can be saved, what has to come out, what happens next. Doing that in a second language, under pressure, is not a fair position to be in.

We serve customers in English and Spanish from the first phone call through the final walkthrough, and this entire website is available in both languages.

How We Work

• Assess honestly. Not everything wet has to be thrown away, and not everything that looks fine is dry. We assess what has actually been affected and tell you what we find.
• Document the work. Photos and notes on the damage and the work performed, so you have a clear record to give your insurance provider.
• Confirm before we cut. The scope of any removal is agreed with the property owner before demolition begins.
• Finish the job. Because we also handle reconstruction, the project does not stall when the drying equipment comes out.
