Contacting Us & Emergencies
Submitting a form, sending a chat message or leaving a voicemail does not by itself create a service agreement, and no work is scheduled until we have spoken with you and agreed on it.
If there is a fire, a gas leak, a structural collapse risk, an electrical hazard or any threat to someone's safety, call 911 first. This website is not an emergency dispatch service.
Service Requests, Scope & Estimates
The scope of any restoration, demolition or reconstruction work is determined based on an assessment of the property and is confirmed with the property owner or an authorized representative before that work begins.
You represent that you are the owner of the property or are authorized to request work on it. If you are a tenant, property manager or other representative, you are responsible for having the authority needed to approve the work you request.
Any pricing, estimate or scope we provide is specific to the property and conditions assessed at that time. Conditions that are discovered once work begins — including damage that was hidden behind finished surfaces — may change the scope, which we will discuss with you.
Insurance
Whether a loss is covered, and to what extent, is determined by your insurance policy and your insurance carrier — not by us. We do not decide coverage, and nothing we say should be taken as a determination that your claim will be paid.
We can provide documentation and photos of the damage and the work performed. You are responsible for your own communications with your insurer and for any amounts your policy does not cover.
Referral Reward
